摘要:
目的:分析纵隔型肺癌MRI及CT影像学特征及其诊断价值。方法:回顾性收集经病理证实为纵隔型肺癌患者54例,入院后均完成CT及MRI扫描,观察纵隔型肺癌CT、MRI影像学特点及两者对纵隔型肺癌的诊断价值。结果:CT诊断纵隔型肺癌准确率92.59%,MRI诊断纵隔型肺癌准确率94.44%,两者诊断准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); ROC曲线分析:CT诊断纵隔肺癌曲线下面积(AUC)=0.929(SE=0.039,95%CI:0.812~0.976),MRI诊断纵隔肺癌AUC=0.940(SE=0.034,95%CI:0.841~0.987),MRI AUC高于CT,但两者比较差异无统计学意义(Z=0.398,P>0.05)。结论:CT、MRI对纵隔型肺癌均有较高的诊断价值,可指导纵隔型肺癌临床诊疗。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyze MRI and CT features of mediastinal lung cancer and their diagnostic value.Methods:A total of 54 patients with mediastinal lung cancer confirmed by pathology were retrospectively collected,and they all completed CT and MRI scanning after admission.CT and MRI features of mediastinal lung cancer and their diagnostic value were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in diagnostic accuracy rate of mediastinal lung cancer between CT and MRI(92.59% vs.94.44%)(P>0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the ROC curve(AUC)of CT and MRI for diagnosis of mediastinal lung were 0.929(SE=0.039,95%CI:0.812-0.976)and 0.940(SE=0.034,95%CI:0.841-0.987),respectively.AUC of MRI was larger than that of CT(Z=0.398,P>0.05).Conclusion:CT and MRI are of high diagnostic value for mediastinal lung cancer,which can guide clinical diagnosis and treatment for mediastinal lung cancer.
