摘要:
咯血分为非大量咯血和大量咯血两种,它是指患者气管、支气管或肺组织出血后通过声带以下的下呼吸道咳出单独或混合有黏液的血液,如不经过有效治疗,大咯血病死率极高。外周血管介入治疗是目前治疗大咯血的主要方式之一,包括支气管动脉栓塞术和非支气管动脉体循环栓塞术两种,可以有效治疗大咯血,加速患者治疗后康复进程,控制不良反应情况的发生和病情发展,减少其他合并症的发生,降低患者复发风险。本文综述了外周血管介入在大咯血治疗中的应用效果,旨在为临床大咯血的治疗提供一定文献依据和参考。
Abstract:
There are two kinds of hemoptysis:non-massive hemoptysis and massive hemoptysis.It means that the patients cough up blood alone or mixed with mucus through the lower respiratory tract below the vocal cord after bleeding from the trachea,bronchus or lung tissues.Without effective treatment,mortality of massive hemoptysis is very high.Peripheral vascular intervention is currently one of the main treatment ways for massive hemoptysis,including bronchial artery embolization and non-bronchial arterial systemic embolization,and which can effectively treat massive hemoptysis,accelerate rehabilitation process after treatment,control the occurrence of adverse reactions and disease progression,reduce the other complications and recurrence risk,and promote the physical and mental health of patients.This article reviews the application effect of peripheral vascular intervention in the treatment of massive hemoptysis to provide some literature basis and reference for the clinical treatment of massive hemoptysis.
