摘要:
肥胖症与糖尿病的发病率逐年攀升,两者紧密关联,已成为重大公共卫生问题。神经降压素(NT)作为一种广泛分布于中枢神经系统与胃肠道的生物活性肽,参与能量代谢、摄食行为等多条调节通路,生理功能复杂且具有高度的组织特异性。本文系统阐述了神经NT的生理学功能,并综述其在肥胖与糖尿病中的作用及机制研究进展,旨在为该领域的深入研究提供思路与参考。
Abstract:
Obesity and diabetes have been rising in prevalence year by year,and their close association has become a major public health issue.Neurotensin(NT),a bioactive peptide widely distributed in the central nervous system and the gastrointestinal tract,participates in multiple regulatory pathways such as energy metabolism and feeding behavior;its physiological functions are complex and exhibit a high degree of tissue specificity.This article systematically describes the physiological functions of neurotensin and reviews its role and the latest research advances in obesity and diabetes,aiming to provide ideas and references for for further research in this field.
