摘要:
白细胞介素-41(IL-41)是Meteorin家族多功能分泌型细胞因子,通过调控多种信号通路,在免疫调节、炎症控制和器官保护中发挥重要作用。研究发现,IL-41在脓毒症、肺部疾病、自身免疫性疾病等多种炎症性疾病中的表达水平与疾病严重程度、活动度及预后显著相关,提示其作为新型诊断标志物的巨大潜力。动物模型研究表明,IL-41具有潜在治疗保护效应,为其转化为干预靶点提供了实验依据。然而,目前IL-41特异性受体尚未明确,且其在不同组织微环境下的作用机制与功能异质性仍需进一步探索。因此,现对IL-41的发现历程、分子学特征、分子调控网络与核心功能及其在系统炎症性疾病中的作用机制及临床价值进行综述,旨在系统整合该领域最新研究进展,为推动IL-41从基础研究向临床应用转化提供理论支撑与创新视角。
Abstract:
Interleukin-41 (IL-41),a multifunctional secreted cytokine of the Meteorin family,plays a significant role in immune regulation,inflammation control,and organ protection by modulating multiple signaling pathways.Studies have found that the expression levels of IL-41 in various inflammatory diseases,such as sepsis,pulmonary diseases and autoimmune diseases,are significantly correlated with disease severity,activity and prognosis,indicating its potential as a novel diagnostic biomarker.Animal model studies have shown that IL-41 has potential therapeutic and protective effects,providing experimental evidence for its conversion into an intervention target.However,the specific receptor for IL-41 has not yet been identified,and its mechanisms of action and functional heterogeneity in different tissue microenvironments require further exploration.Therefore,this article reviews the discovery process,molecular characteristics,molecular regulatory networks and core functions of IL-41,as well as its mechanisms and clinical value in systemic inflammatory diseases,aiming to integrate the latest research progress in this field and provide theoretical support and innovative perspectives for the translation of IL-41 from basic research to clinical application.
