摘要:
近年研究表明,房颤(AF)患者罹患痴呆的概率显著高于普通人群,其病理机制与脑微循环障碍(如慢性低灌注、隐匿性栓塞事件)及系统性炎症反应密切相关。本文系统综述抗凝治疗与导管消融在预防 AF 相关痴呆中的潜在作用,明确节律控制是预防痴呆的核心策略,而导管消融作为其重要手段具有长期疗效优势。结合最新研究进展提出个体化干预策略,强调抗凝治疗与导管消融的协同效应,为优化 AF 患者全生命周期管理提供新思路。
Abstract:
The risk of dementia in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) is significantly increased,and the mechanism involves multiple factors such as cerebral blood flow hypoperfusion,microembolism and neuroinflammation.This article systematically reviews the potential role of anticoagulation therapy and catheter ablation in the prevention of AF-related dementia,and proposes individualized intervention strategies based on the latest research progress.The combination of anticoagulant drugs to improve cerebral microcirculation by reducing thrombotic events and catheter ablation to reduce the risk of brain injury by restoring sinus rhythm may become future research directions.
