摘要:
溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种以黏膜免疫反应亢进和肠道上皮组织损伤为特征的慢性复发性炎症性疾病,临床上具有易复发、难痊愈、病程长、发病高等特点。UC发病机制复杂,病因尚不明确,当前常用药物不能有效缓解疾病的发展,存在一定的局限性。近年来越来越多的研究表明细胞焦亡在促进UC的发展中扮演着重要角色。细胞焦亡是一种促炎性程序性死亡,可造成结肠组织损伤难以愈合。中药龙血竭作为天然药用树脂,在防治UC上具有潜在价值,可通过多途径调控UC的发展。现基于细胞焦亡探讨龙血竭靶向治疗UC的分子机制,为龙血竭的临床应用提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic relapsing inflammatory disease characterized by mucosal immune hyperresponsiveness and intestinal epithelial tissue damage.It is clinically characterized by easy recurrence,difficult recovery,long course of disease and high incidence.The pathogenesis of UC is complex,and the etiology is still unclear.At present,commonly used drugs cannot effectively alleviate the development of the disease,and there are certain limitations.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that pyroptosis plays an important role in promoting the development of UC.Pyroptosis is a pro-inflammatory programmed cell death that can cause colonic tissue damage to be difficult to heal.As a natural medicinal resin,dragon's blood has potential value in the prevention and treatment of UC,and can regulate the development of UC through multiple ways.This review intends to explore the molecular mechanism of dragon's blood in the targeted treatment of UC based on pyroptosis,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of dragon's blood.
