摘要:
胃癌(GC)作为常见的消化道恶性肿瘤疾病,其发病率和病死率极高。胃肠道主要致病菌幽门螺杆菌(HP)可促进胃细胞恶性转化,且与胃部细胞癌的发生、发展密切相关。HP通过定植于胃黏膜释放毒力因子上调表皮生长因子(EGF)的表达,EGF与癌变细胞外膜上表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)相互作用后,可激活下游增殖信号通路,对胃癌的发生与发展产生影响。现就HP感染所致EGF/EGFR表达上调与胃癌发生、发展机制的关系进行综述。
Abstract:
Gastric cancer(GC)is a common malignant tumor of digestive tract,with high morbidity and mortality.Helicobacter pylori(HP),the main pathogen of gastrointestinal tract,can promote the malignant transformation of gastric cells and is closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cell carcinoma.HP releases virulence factors by colonization in gastric mucosa,and upregulates the expression of epidermal growth factor(EGF).EGF interacts with epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)on the outer membrane of gastric cancer cells,activating downstream tumor proliferation signal pathway,which has an impact on the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.This paper reviews the relationship between the up-regulation of EGF/EGFR expression caused by HP infection and the mechanism of gastric cancer development.
