摘要:
肝癌是常见恶性肿瘤之一,肝细胞肝癌(HCC)是原发性肝癌(PLC)中最常见的类型。转移是HCC复发和患者5年生存率持续较低的重要原因。中性粒细胞介导的炎症反应在HCC转移中的作用受到重视。随着研究的深入,证实中性粒细胞外诱捕网(NETs)与肿瘤进展及转移有关。现就NETs在HCC转移中的作用机制及应用价值进行阐述,期望为HCC转移这一治疗难题提供新的干预靶点。
Abstract:
Liver cancer is one of the common malignant tumors,and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the most common type of primary liver cancer(PLC).Metastasis is an important reason for HCC recurrence and low 5-year survival rate.The role of neutrophil-mediated inflammation in HCC metastasis has attracted much attention.With the deepening of research,it has been confirmed that neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)are related to tumor progression and metastasis.This article reviews the mechanism and application value of NETs in HCC metastasis,hoping to provide new intervention targets for the treatment of HCC metastasis.
