摘要:
硒是人体必需的微量元素之一,在人体中的平衡摄入和代谢对维持身体健康和预防疾病至关重要。最近的研究表明,肝脏作为能量代谢的中枢器官,其功能的正常和疾病的发生与硒密切相关。硒通过肝脏内的硒蛋白酶催化发挥其生物学功能,与慢性肝炎、肝纤维化、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、肝细胞癌密切相关。现将对硒在慢性肝病的作用进行综述,总结其特点与机制,为慢性肝病的治疗提供新思路和方向。
Abstract:
Selenium is one of the essential trace elements in the human body,and its balanced intake and metabolism are crucial to maintaining good health and preventing disease.Recent studies have shown that the liver,as a central organ for energy metabolism,is closely related to selenium in its normal function and disease occurrence.Selenium exerts its biological functions through selenoproteins in the liver and is closely related to chronic hepatitis,liver fibrosis,metabolic-associated fatty liver disease,and hepatocellular carcinoma.There have been new developments in research on the trace element selenium both domestically and internationally.This article reviews the role of selenium in chronic liver disease,summarizes its characteristics and mechanisms,and provides new ideas and directions for the treatment of chronic liver disease.
