摘要:
目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys C)水平与不同性别老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折的相关性。方法:选取老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者256例,依据性别分为女性组(181例)和男性组(75例)。比较两组患者血红蛋白(Hb)、尿酸(UA)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素(BUN)、血糖(GLU)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、肌酐(Cr)、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)及血清Cys C水平。采用Pearson法分析血清Cys C水平与患者生化指标的相关性。采用Logistic回归分析老年股骨粗隆间骨折的影响因素。结果:女性组患者Hb、ALB、UA和eGFR水平低于男性组,BUN、Cr、ALP、SOD和血清Cys C水平高于男性组(均P<0.05)。两组患者血清Cys C水平与BUN、Cr、ALP和SOD水平呈正相关,与eGFR呈负相关(均P<0.05),调整年龄后仍相关。年龄、性别和血清Cys C水平是老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论:老年女性股骨粗隆间骨折患者血清Cys C水平高于男性患者; 除年龄、性别外,血清Cys C水平与老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折的发生相关。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum cystatin C(Cys C)level and intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients of different genders.Methods:A total of 256 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were selected and divided into female group(181 cases)and male group(75 cases)according to gender.The levels of hemoglobin(Hb),uric acid(UA),albumin(ALB),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood glucose(GLU),superoxide dismutase(SOD),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),creatinine(Cr),glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)and serum Cys C were compared between the two groups.Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between serum Cys C level and biochemical indicators of patients.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.Results:The levels of Hb,ALB,UA and eGFR in the female group were lower than those in the male group,and the levels of BUN,Cr,ALP,SOD and serum Cys C were higher than those in the male group(all P<0.05).Serum Cys C levels were positively correlated with BUN,Cr,ALP and SOD levels,and negatively correlated with eGFR in the two groups(all P<0.05),and the correlation was still significant after adjusting for age.Age,gender and serum Cys C level were the influencing factors of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of serum Cys C in elderly female patients with intertrochanteric fracture is higher than that in elderly male patients.In addition to age and gender,serum Cys C level is related to the occurrence of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients.
