摘要:
子宫内膜异位症(EMs)与病灶部位的铁超载和氧化应激有关,其作为一种常见的慢性疾病影响近10%的育龄女性。EMs可能会发展为恶性肿瘤如卵巢癌,也可能造成不孕症等其他并发症。铁离子参与细胞内的生物合成过程,胞内铁浓度的异常变化可能会导致活性氧的集聚及氧化还原稳态失衡,从而诱导铁死亡的发生。目前铁死亡对EMs的发病机制及造成的影响尚未完全明确,研究其生理病理学机制对其诊断和治疗至关重要,现对铁死亡与EMs发生发展的研究进展进行综述,以期为后续研究提供新的思路。
Abstract:
Endometriosis(EMs),which is associated with iron overload and oxidative stress at the focal site,is a common chronic disease affecting nearly 10% of women of reproductive age.EMs may develop into malignant tumors such as ovarian cancer,and may also cause other complications such as infertility.Iron ions participate in the process of intracellular biosynthesis,and the abnormal change of intracellular iron concentration may lead to the accumulation of reactive oxygen species and the imbalance of redox homeostasis,thus inducing the occurrence of ferroptosis.At present,the pathogenesis and effects of ferroptosis on EMs have not been fully clarified,and the study of its physiological and pathological mechanism is very important for its diagnosis and treatment.This paper summarizes the research progress of ferroptosis and the occurrence and development of endometriosis,in order to provide new ideas for subsequent research.
