摘要:
目的:探讨脑卒中后癫痫(PSE)患者失眠的影响因素。方法:选择PSE患者113例,根据是否出现失眠分为失眠组(48例)和睡眠正常组(65例)。比较两组患者一般临床资料。比较两组患者近1个月匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)各因子评分及总分。采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评估神经功能。对患者的抑郁和焦虑情况分别采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行评估。采用Logistic回归分析PSE患者失眠的影响因素。结果:两组患者在年龄、NIHSS评分、SDS评分、SAS评分、卒中部位、发作类型及服药数量方面,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者PSQI各因子评分及总分比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。神经功能障碍、抑郁、卒中部位、发作类型、服药数量是PSE患者失眠的危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论:神经功能障碍、抑郁、卒中部位、发作类型以及服药数量是导致PSE患者失眠的危险因素。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of insomnia in patients with post-stroke epilepsy(PSE).Methods:A total of 113 patients with PSE were divided into insomnia group(48 cases)and normal sleep group(65 cases)according to the presence or absence of insomnia.The general clinical data of the two groups were compared.The scores of each factor and total score of PSQI in the past one month were compared between the two groups.The NIHSS was used to evaluate neurological function.The SDS and SAS were used to evaluate the depression and anxiety of patients.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of insomnia in PSE patients.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups in age,NIHSS score,SDS score,SAS score,stroke location,attack type and the number of medications(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of each factor and total score of PSQI between the two groups(all P<0.05).Neurological dysfunction,depression,stroke location,seizure type,and the number of medications were risk factors for insomnia in PSE patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk factors of insomnia in PSE patients include neurological dysfunction,depression,stroke location,seizure type and the number of medications.
