摘要:
c-Jun N-氨基末端激酶(JNK)信号通路是丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路的一个重要分支,在细胞周期、细胞凋亡和细胞应激等多种生理和病理过程中发挥重要作用。JNK信号通路能通过复杂的信号转导机制广泛地应对多种外界刺激,将信息转换、整合、放大并传递至细胞内诱导特定的基因表达,调控细胞生物学行为进而影响生物整体的病理生理反应 。JNK信号通路的异常激活也是炎症、肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、纤维化疾病、神经退行性疾病等的发病机制之一,因此,进一步探索JNK信号通路在不同疾病中的作用机制或许能让我们对这些疾病有新的认识,从而有望在基因、分子层面发现新的治疗手段。现综述JNK与转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、非经典Wnt信号通路在眼部纤维化中的研究进展,以期为眼部纤维化的药物治疗提供新靶点。
