摘要:
年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)的发病率随着人口老龄化进程逐年升高,现已是65岁以上患者常见的致盲性眼病之一,且发病机制复杂。细胞因子是一类在细胞信号传递过程中具有生物学活性的小分子多肽或糖蛋白,作为免疫和炎症反应的重要介质在新生血管性年龄相关性黄斑变性(nAMD)发病机制中起重要作用。这类细胞因子主要包括白细胞介素(IL)、干扰素(IFN)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、集落刺激因子(CSF)、生长因子(GF)和趋化因子(CK)等。现就这些细胞因子在nAMD中的作用研究进展进行综述,以期为nAMD的治疗提供更多的思路和选择。
Abstract:
The incidence rate of age-related macular degeneration(AMD)is increasing year by year with the aging of population.Now it is one of the common blindness eye diseases in patients over 65 years old,and the pathogenesis is complex.Cytokine is a kind of small molecular polypeptide or glycoprotein with biological activity in the process of cell signal transmission.As an important mediator of immune and inflammatory response,cytokine plays an important role in the pathogenesis of neovascular age-related macular degeneration(nAMD).These cytokines include interleukin(IL),interferon(IFN),tumor necrosis factor(TNF),colony stimulating factor(CSF),growth factor(GF)and chemokine(CK).This article reviews the research progress on the role of these cytokines in nAMD,in order to provide more ideas and options for the treatment of nAMD.
