摘要:
女性盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)为一个多种病因引起的中老年女性常见疾病,怀孕和分娩对盆底功能都有影响,包括分娩方法、剖宫产次数、胎儿大小、多胎、产程长短都会影响产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的发生率。随着国家对二胎以及三胎政策的逐步开放,受孕对妇女盆底功能的影响也越来越需要临床医师重视。经盆腔超声由于其无创、便捷、迅速等特点,已经成为评价盆底功能的最常用方法。现对妊娠期女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的风险因素及经盆腔超声在妊娠期相关PFD的使用价值与产后康复作一综述。
Abstract:
Female pelvic floor dysfunction disease(PFD)is a common disease in middle-aged and elderly women caused by a variety of causes.Pregnancy and delivery have an impact on pelvic floor function.Delivery method,number of cesarean sections,fetal size,multiple births,and length of labor all affect the incidence of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.With the gradual opening of the two-child and three-child policies,the impact of pregnancy on women's pelvic floor function needs more and more attention by clinicians.Transpelvic ultrasound has become the most commonly used method to evaluate pelvic floor function due to its non-invasive,convenient and rapid characteristics.This article reviews the risk factors of pelvic floor dysfunction in pregnant women,the use value of transpelvic ultrasound in pregnancy-related PFD and postpartum rehabilitation.
