摘要:
目的:探究血清长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)小核仁RNA宿主基因3(SNHG3)水平检测联合磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:收集142例女性乳腺结节患者,分为乳腺癌组(n=88)和良性病变组(n=54)。所有入组患者均接受DWI检查。采用实时荧光定量PCR检测血清中lncRNA SNHG3表达水平。血清糖类抗原125(CA125)和癌胚抗原(CEA)用全自动化学发光免疫分析仪检测。采用Pearson法分析血清lncRNA SNHG3水平与CA125、CEA的相关性。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价血清lncRNA SNHG3水平对乳腺癌的诊断效能。分析DWI联合血清lncRNA SNHG3对乳腺癌的诊断价值。结果:与良性病变组相比,乳腺癌组血清CA125、CEA、lncRNA SNHG3水平较高(均P<0.05),表观扩散系数(ADC)值较低(P<0.05)。Pearson分析显示,乳腺癌患者血清lncRNA SNHG3与CA125、CEA呈正相关(均P<0.05)。乳腺癌组病灶形状不规则比例、血管影增多比例、边界模糊比例、毛刺征比例及淋巴结肿大比例均高于良性病变组(均P<0.05)。血清lncRNA SNHG3联合ADC值诊断乳腺癌的准确度为88.03%,其敏感度、特异性分别为85.23%、92.59%。结论:lncRNA SNHG3在乳腺癌患者血清中表达上调,DWI联合血清lncRNA SNHG3水平对乳腺癌有较好的诊断价值。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of serum long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)nucleolar small RNA host gene 3(SNHG3)level combined with magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:A total of 142 female breast nodules patients were collected and grouped into breast cancer group(88 cases)and benign lesion group(54 cases).All enrolled patients underwent DWI examination.The expression level of lncRNA SNHG3 in serum was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.Serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)were detected by fully automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay.The correlation of serum lncRNA SNHG3 level with CA125 and CEA was analyzed by Pearson method.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of serum lncRNA SNHG3 level in breast cancer.The diagnostic value of DWI combined with serum lncRNA SNHG3 in breast cancer was analyzed.Results:Compared with the benign lesion group,the levels of serum CA125,CEA and lncRNA SNHG3 in the breast cancer group were higher,and the apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)value was lower(all P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that serum lncRNA SNHG3 was positively correlated with CA125 and CEA in breast cancer patients(all P<0.05).The proportions of lesions with irregular shape,increased vascular shadow,blurred boundary,burr sign and enlarged lymph nodes in the breast cancer group were higher than those in the benign lesion group(all P<0.05).The accuracy of serum lncRNA SNHG3 combined with ADC value in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 88.03%,and the sensitivity and specificity were 85.23% and 92.59%,respectively.Conclusion:The expression of lncRNA SNHG3 is up-regulated in the serum of breast cancer patients.DWI combined with serum lncRNA SNHG3 level has a good diagnostic value for breast cancer.
