摘要:
目的:研究血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)表达水平检测在糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)电解质紊乱中的应用价值。方法:选择DKA患者94例为研究组,按照电解质紊乱程度分为轻度(30例)、中度(44例)和重度(20例)。另选取同期未发生DKA的DM患者100例为对照组。检测两组患者血清hs-CRP和IgE的表达水平。比较两组患者间及不同电解质紊乱程度DKA患者间血清hs-CRP、IgE水平,分析血清hs-CRP和IgE水平与DKA患者电解质紊乱程度的相关性以及DKA患者电解质紊乱影响因素。结果:研究组血清hs-CRP水平高于对照组,IgE水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。轻度、中度、重度电解质紊乱DKA患者血清hs-CRP和IgE水平比较差异有统计学意义,且随着电解质紊乱程度加重,血清hs-CRP水平逐渐升高,IgE水平逐渐降低(均P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析显示,DKA患者血清hs-CRP水平与电解质紊乱程度呈正相关,IgE水平与电解质紊乱程度呈负相关(r=0.363、-0.138,均P<0.05)。Logistic多元线性回归分析结果表明,血清hs-CRP和IgE水平是DKA患者电解质紊乱的独立影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论:DKA患者血清hs-CRP和IgE表达水平与电解质紊乱程度密切相关,可作为诊断和评估病情变化的重要生物学指标。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the application value of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)detection for electrolyte disorder in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA).Methods: A total of 94 patients with DKA were selected as the study group.According to the degree of electrolyte disorder,they were divided into mild(30 cases),moderate(44 cases)and severe(20 cases).Another 100 cases of DM patients without DKA in the same period were selected as the control group.The expression levels of serum hs-CRP and IgE were detected in all subjects.The levels of serum hs-CRP and IgE were compared between the two groups and DKA patients with different degrees of electrolyte disorder.The correlation between the levels of serum hs-CRP,IgE and the degree of electrolyte disorder in patients with DKA and the influencing factors of electrolyte disorder in patients with DKA were analyzed.Results:The level of serum hs-CRP in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of IgE was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).There was significant difference in the levels of serum hs-CRP and IgE in DKA patients with mild,moderate and severe electrolyte disorder DKA,and with the aggravation of electrolyte disorder,the level of serum hs-CRP gradually increased and the level of IgE gradually decreased(all P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the level of serum hs-CRP in patients with DKA was positively correlated with the degree of electrolyte disorder,and the level of IgE was negatively correlated with the degree of electrolyte disorder(r=0.363,-0.138,all P<0.05).Logistic multiple linear regression analysis showed that the levels of serum hs-CRP and IgE were independent influencing factors of electrolyte disorder in patients with DKA(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression levels of serum hs-CRP and IgE were closely related with the degree of electrolyte disorder in patients with DKA,which can be used as an important biological index for the diagnosis and evaluation of disease changes.
