摘要:
目的:分析不同性别2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血尿酸(SUA)与骨代谢标志物水平的关系。方法:选取T2DM患者100例为研究对象,其中男性55例,女性45例。记录所有研究对象的性别、年龄、体重指数(BMI)和病程资料。应用全自动生化分析仪检测SUA水平。应用电化学法检测骨钙素(OC)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)和Ⅰ型原胶原氨基末端前肽(PINP)水平。应用酶联免疫法检测甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平。应用双夹心酶联免疫法检测25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平。比较不同性别T2DM患者年龄、BMI、病程、SUA、OC、β-CTX、PINP、PTH和25(OH)D水平。根据SUA水平分为高SUA组(SUA>420 μmol/L)和正常SUA组(SUA≤420 μmol/L)后,比较两组不同性别患者上述指标水平。分析T2DM不同性别患者SUA与骨代谢标志物水平的相关性。结果:T2DM不同性别患者年龄、BMI和病程比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。T2DM男性患者SUA、OC、β-CTX、25(OH)D水平高于女性患者(均P<0.05)。高SUA组男性患者病程长于正常SUA组,OC、PTH、25(OH)D水平高于正常SUA组(均P<0.05)。高SUA组女性患者BMI高于正常SUA组,OC、PTH、25(OH)D水平高于正常SUA组(均P<0.05)。T2DM男性患者SUA与OC、PTH、25(OH)D水平呈正相关(r=0.337、0.366、0.341,均P<0.05)。T2DM女性患者SUA与OC、β-CTX、PTH、25(OH)D水平呈正相关(r=0.451、0.312、0.405、0.360,均P<0.05)。结论:不同性别T2DM患者SUA均与OC、PTH、25(OH)D水平密切相关。高SUA可能是T2DM患者骨代谢的保护因素,在一定程度上参与了骨转换过程。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the relationship between serum uric acid(SUA)and bone metabolism markers in different gender patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 100 patients with T2DM were selected as the research object,including 55 males and 45 females.The gender,age,BMI and course of disease of all subjects were recorded.SUA level was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.The levels of osteocalcin(OC),type Ⅰ collagen carboxy-terminal peptide beta-specific sequence(β-CTX)and type Ⅰ procollagen amino-terminal propeptide(PINP)were measured by electrochemical assay.The level of parathyroid hormone(PTH)was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The level of 25 hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] was detected by double sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The age,BMI,course of disease,SUA,OC,β-CTX,PINP,PTH and 25(OH)D levels of T2DM patients were compared between different genders.According to the level of SUA,the patients were divided into high SUA group(SUA>420 μmol/L)and normal SUA group(SUA≤420 μmol/L),and then the levels of the above indexes were compared between the two groups of different genders.The correlation between SUA and the levels of bone metabolism markers in T2DM patients of different genders was analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in age,BMI and course of disease between different genders(all P>0.05).The levels of SUA,OC,β-CTX and 25(OH)D in male patients with T2DM were higher than those in female patients(all P<0.05).The course of disease of male patients in high SUA group was longer than that in normal SUA group,and the levels of OC,PTH and 25(OH)D were higher than those in normal SUA group(all P<0.05).The BMI of female patients in the high SUA group was higher than that in the normal SUA group,and the levels of OC,PTH and 25(OH)D were higher than those in the normal SUA group(all P<0.05).SUA was positively correlated with the levels of OC,PTH and 25(OH)D in male patients with T2DM(r=0.337,0.366,0.341,all P<0.05).SUA was positively correlated with the levels of OC,β-CTX,PTH,and 25(OH)D in female patients with T2DM(r=0.451,0.312,0.405,0.360,all P<0.05).Conclusion:SUA is closely related to OC,PTH and 25(OH)D levels in T2DM patients of different genders.High SUA may be a protective factor for bone metabolism in patients with T2DM and participate in the bone turnover process to some extent.
