摘要:
目的:探究肌醇和维生素B、D对妊娠糖尿病小鼠炎症及脂代谢的影响。方法:选择妊娠糖尿病模型小鼠80只,随机将其均分为肌醇组、维生素组、联合组和对照组四组,分别实施干预,对比四组小鼠干预前后空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平。结果:①干预前四组小鼠空腹血糖及血清胰岛素水平对比差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),干预后联合组空腹血糖及血清胰岛素水平最低,对照组最高,联合组、肌醇组及维生素组与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。②干预前四组小鼠TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平对比差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),干预后HDL-C联合组最高,最低为对照组,TG和LDL-C水平联合组最低,对照组最高,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。③干预前四组小鼠TNF-α及hs-CRP水平对比差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),干预后TNF-α及hs-CRP水平联合组最低,对照组最高,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。④肌醇组、维生素组及联合组小鼠干预后AST及ALT水平显著降低(均P<0.05)。结论:肌醇和维生素B、D能够显著改善妊娠糖尿病小鼠炎症状态,同时还能够调节其脂质代谢,联合应用效果要优于单独干预。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of inositol and vitamin B and D on inflammation and lipid metabolism in gestational diabetes mellitus mice.Methods:80 gestational diabetes mellitus mice were randomly divided into inositol group,vitamin group,combined group and control group,and intervention was carried out respectively.Fasting blood glucose,serum insulin,triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)levels before and after intervention were compared between the four groups.Results:There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and serum insulin levels among the four groups before intervention(all P>0.05).After intervention,the fasting blood glucose and serum insulin levels in the combined group were the lowest and those in the control group were the highest,and there was significant difference between four groups(all P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the levels of TG,HDL-C and LDL-C among the four groups(all P>0.05).After intervention,the HDL-C in combined group was the highest and the lowest in the control group,the TG and LDL-C in combined group were the lowest and the highest in control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP in four groups of mice before intervention(all P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α in combined group were the lowest and the control group were the highest,and there was significant difference between the groups(all P<0.05).The levels of AST and ALT in inositol group,vitamin group and combined group decreased significantly after intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Inositol and vitamin B and D can significantly improve the inflammatory state of gestational diabetes mellitus mice,and also regulate their lipid metabolism,and combined effect is better than that of single intervention.
