摘要:
目的:探讨线粒体动态蛋白(MiD51)在卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:选取行手术治疗的卵巢癌患者80例作为卵巢癌组,选取同期因子宫内膜癌等疾病切除卵巢的患者40例作为对照组。比较两组患者卵巢组织中MiD51的表达情况。比较不同临床特征卵巢癌患者MiD51表达情况,分析MiD51表达与卵巢癌患者临床特征的相关性。比较MiD51阳性表达与阴性表达患者的总生存期(OS)和无进展生存期(PFS)。分析影响卵巢癌患者生存的危险因素。结果:卵巢癌组MiD51阳性表达率高于对照组(P<0.05)。卵巢癌患者MiD51阳性表达与淋巴结转移、分化程度明显相关(均P<0.05)。MiD51阳性表达患者OS、PFS低于MiD51阴性表达患者(均P<0.05)。残留病灶直径≥1 cm和MiD51阳性均为影响卵巢癌患者生存的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论:MiD51在卵巢癌组织中高表达,并与患者淋巴结转移、分化程度以及生存期相关,可作为卵巢癌诊断和患者预后评估的相关依据。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of mitochondrial dynamic protein of 51 kDa(MiD51)in ovarian cancer.Methods:80 ovarian cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment were included as the ovarian cancer group,and 40 patients with ovarian removal due to diseases such as endometrial cancer were included as the control group.The expression of MiD51 in the ovarian tissues of the two groups was compared.The expression of MiD51 in ovarian cancer patients with different clinical characteristics was compared,and the correlation between the expression of MiD51 and the clinical characteristics of ovarian cancer patients was analyzed.The overall survival(OS)and progression-free survival(PFS)of patients with positive and negative expression of MiD51 were compared.The risk factors that affect the survival of ovarian cancer patients was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rate of MiD51 in the ovarian cancer group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The positive expression of MiD51 in patients with ovarian cancer was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and differentiation(all P<0.05).The OS and PFS of patients with positive expression of MiD51 were lower than those of patients with negative expression of MiD51(all P<0.05).Residual lesions diameter ≥1 cm and MiD51 positive were independent risk factors affecting the survival of patients with ovarian cancer(both P<0.05).Conclusion:MiD51 is highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissues,and is related to lymph node metastasis,differentiation,and survival time.It can be used as a relevant basis for ovarian cancer diagnosis and patient prognosis assessment.
