摘要:
目的:探讨白细胞介素(IL)-32、IL-17和IL-10在类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清中的表达水平及临床意义。方法:选取临床确诊为RA的患者115例为RA组,又按照28处关节疾病活动度评估指数(DAS28)分为RA活动期组(90例)和RA缓解期组(25例)。选取同期健康体检者78例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测各组血清IL-32、IL-17和 IL-10表达水平,并与血清中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体进行相关性分析。结果:RA组血清IL-32、IL-17和IL-10水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。RA活动期组IL-32、IL-17、IL-10水平高于RA缓解期组及对照组(均P<0.05)。RA组患者抗CCP抗体、RF、ESR、hs-CRP水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。RA患者血清IL-32水平与抗CCP抗体、RF、ESR、hs-CRP呈正相关(均P<0.01); RA患者血清IL-17水平与RF、hs-CRP呈正相关(均P<0.05); RA患者血清IL-10水平与ESR、hs-CRP呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论:血清IL-32、IL-17和IL-10在RA患者中表达水平升高,可能参与了RA的病理过程,且和RA活动性密切相关,这些指标可能对揭示RA发病机制及RA治疗有一定帮助。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression levels of serum interleukin(IL)-32,IL-17 and IL-10 in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and their clinical significance.Methods:A total of 115 patients diagnosed with RA were enrolled into the RA group.According to DAS28,they were divided into RA active group(90 cases)and RA remission group(25 cases).78 participants with healthy physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression levels of serum IL-32,IL-17,and IL-10 in each group were detected by ELISA,and their correlation with hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP)antibody were analyzed.Results:The serum levels of IL-32,IL-17 and IL-10 in the RA group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of IL-32,IL-17,and IL-10 in the RA active group were higher than those in the RA remission group and the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of anti-CCP antibody,RF,ESR,and hs-CRP in the RA group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Serum IL-32 level in RA patients were positively correlated with anti-CCP antibody,RF,ESR,and hs-CRP(all P<0.01); serum IL-17 level in RA patients were positively correlated with RF and hs-CRP(all P<0.05); Serum IL-10 level in RA patients were positively correlated with ESR and hs-CRP(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum IL-32,IL-17 and IL-10 are highly expressed in RA patients,which may be involved in the pathological process of RA and closely related to the activity of RA.These indicators may be helpful to reveal the pathogenesis and treatment of RA.
