摘要:
目的:探讨缩短分数(FS)、等容收缩时间(IVCT)等超声指标对异丙肾上腺素诱导的心肌损伤大鼠诊断价值。方法:48只SD大鼠随机平分为两组,模型组大鼠背部皮下注射3 ml/(kg·d)异丙肾上腺素,对照组大鼠皮下注射等量的蒸馏水,1次/d,持续7 d。采用超声检测FS、IVCT变化情况,同时判断大鼠的心功能并进行相关性分析。结果:两组大鼠建模第7天的体重高于建模前(P<0.05),模型组低于对照组(P<0.05)。模型组建模第7天的FS、IVCT低于建模前(均P<0.05),也低于对照组(均P<0.05),对照组建模前后FS、IVCT对比差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。模型组建模第7天与第14天的血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平与心肌组织病理评分都高于对照组(均P<0.05)。在建模第7天,Pearson分析显示FS、IVCT与CK、LDH、心肌组织病理评分存在相关性(均P<0.05)。结论:异丙肾上腺素诱导的心肌损伤大鼠具有很高的建模成功率,可表现为超声FS、IVCT增加,也伴随有心肌损伤与体重增加速率降低,FS与IVCT可有效诊断心肌损伤大鼠的心功能状况。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore and study the diagnostic value of fraction shortening(FS),iso volumetric contraction time(IVCT)and other ultrasound indexes in rats with isoprenaline-induced heart injury.Methods:48 SD rats were randomly divided into model group and control group.The model group was injected with 3 ml/(kg·d)isoproterenol subcutaneously on the back of the rats,and the control group was injected subcutaneously with the same amount of distilled water,once a day,for 7 days.Ultrasound were used to detect the changes of FS and IVCT,and at the same time,the heart function of rats were judged and the correlation analysis was conducted.Results:The body weight of the two groups of rats on the 7th day of modeling were higher than that before modeling(P<0.05),and the weight of the model group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The FS and IVCT of the model group on the 7th day of modeling were lower than those before modeling(all P<0.05),and also were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the comparison of FS and IVCT before and after modeling in the control group(all P>0.05).The serum CK and LDH levels and myocardial histopathological score of the model group were higher than those of the control group on the 7th and 14th day of modeling(all P<0.05).On the 7th day of modeling,Pearson analysis showed that FS,IVCT were correlated with CK,LDH,and myocardial histopathological score(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Isoproterenol-induced heart injury rats have high modeling success rate,which can be shown by the increase of FS and IVCT,accompanied by the decrease of myocardial injury and weight gain rate.FS and IVCT can effectively diagnose the cardiac function of rats with cardiac injury.
