摘要:
目的:探讨叉头框转录因子M1(FOXM1)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在食管癌组织中的表达,分析其与放化疗预后的相关性。方法:选取行同期放化疗的食管癌患者86例作为研究对象。取所有患者的癌组织标本与癌旁组织标本,检测FOXM1和PCNA表达水平。所有患者都给予放化疗治疗,随访预后并进行相关性分析。结果:食管癌组织FOXM1和PCNA表达水平高于癌旁组织(均P<0.05)。不同组织学分化、临床分期、淋巴结转移、病灶直径食管癌患者的FOXM1和PCNA表达水平对比差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。所有患者经放化疗治疗后,随访到2020年12月1日,86例患者中死亡21例,死亡率为24.4%,Pearson分析显示食管癌患者放化疗预后与FOXM1、PCNA表达水平具有相关性(P<0.05)。Logistic回归模型显示FOXM1、PCNA表达水平都为影响食管癌患者放化疗预后死亡的重要因素(r=0.542、0.443,均P<0.05)。结论:FOXM1和PCNA在食管癌组织中呈现高表达,与患者病理特征存在相关性,也是影响患者放化疗预后的重要影响因素。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression of forkhead box protein M1(FOXM1)and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in esophageal carcinoma and analyze their correlation with the prognosis of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods:86 cases of esophageal cancer patients who underwent concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy were selected as the research objects.The lesion tissue specimens and paracancerous tissue specimens of all patients were collected to detect the expression levels of FOXM1 and PCNA.All patients were given radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the prognosis was followed up and the correlation was analyzed.Results:The expression levels of FOXM1 and PCNA in esophageal cancer lesion tissue were higher than those in adjacent tissues(all P<0.05).In patients with esophageal cancer,the expression levels of FOXM1 and PCNA in different histological differentiation,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,and lesion diameter were significantly different(all P<0.05).After all patients were treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,they were followed up until December 1,2020,there were 21 deaths among 86 patients,with the mortality rate of 24.4%.Pearson analysis showed that the prognosis of esophageal cancer patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy was correlated with the expression levels of FOXM1 and PCNA(all P<0.05).Logistic regression model showed that FOXM1 and PCNA expression levels were the important factors influencing the prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer(r=0.542,0.443,all P<0.05).Conclusion:FOXM1 and PCNA are highly expressed in esophageal cancer tissues,which are correlated with the pathological characteristics of patients,and are also important factors affecting the prognosis of patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
