摘要:
目的:探究外周血T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白-3(TIM-3)和血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)联合检测在骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取98例MDS患者作为MDS组,选取同期36名健康体检者作为对照组。检测两组外周血单核细胞(PBMC)表面TIM-3和血清LDH表达水平并进行比较。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析TIM-3、LDH单项及联合检测诊断MDS的价值。结果:MDS组TIM-3和LDH表达水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。不同预后分级MDS患者TIM-3和LDH表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。TIM-3、LDH联合检测诊断MDS的敏感性与特异性分别为88.70%和68.12%,高于TIM-3、LDH单项检测。结论:MDS患者外周血TIM-3和LDH表达水平异常升高,二者联合检测有助于提高对MDS的诊断准确率。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application value of combined detection of peripheral blood T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain 3(TIM-3)and serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS).Methods:98 MDS patients were selected as the MDS group,and 36 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.The two groups of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)surface TIM-3 and serum LDH expression levels were detected and compared.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the value of TIM-3,LDH single and combined detection in the diagnosis of MDS.Results:The expression levels of TIM-3 and LDH in the MDS group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the expression levels of TIM-3 and LDH in MDS patients with different prognostic grades(all P>0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of TIM-3 and LDH in the diagnosis of MDS were 88.70% and 68.12%,respectively,which were higher than that of TIM-3 and LDH single detection.Conclusion:The expression levels of TIM-3 and LDH in the peripheral blood of MDS patients are abnormally increased.The combined detection of the two can help improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of MDS.
