摘要:
目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及CD34标记微血管密度(CD34-MVD)在胆囊癌中组织的表达水平及两者的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学的方法检测52例胆囊癌和25例慢性胆囊炎组织中MMP-2、CD34-MVD的表达,并探讨两者的表达与胆囊癌临床特征的关系。结果:MMP-2在胆囊癌和慢性胆囊炎中表达比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中在慢性胆囊炎组织阳性表达率为24.0%(6/25),在胆囊癌组织中阳性表达率为78.8%(41/52); CD34-MVD在胆囊癌为(53.6±8.9),慢性胆囊炎为(19.6±4.15),两者之间表达水平比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。MMP-2、CD34-MVD在胆囊癌中的表达呈正相关(r=1.3794,P=0.0062)。结论:在胆囊癌组织中MMP-2及CD34-MVD高表达,在胆囊癌判断上具有一致性,两者可能促进胆囊癌的发生、发展、侵袭及转移。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression levels of MMP-2,CD34-MVD in gallbladder carcinoma(GC)and their correlation.Methods:The expression levels of MMP-2 and CD34-MVD were detected by Immunohistochemistry in 52 cases of gallbladder carcinoma tissues and 25 cases of chronic cholecystitis tissues.The relationship between their expression and the clinical pathological characteristics were analyzed.Results:The expression level of MMP-2 in gallbladder carcinoma and chronic cholecystitis tissues were significantly different(P<0.05).The positive rate of MMP-2 was markedly in gallbladder carcinoma tissue(41/52),more than that in chronic cholecystitis tissue(78.8% vs.24.0%,P<0.05).The expression level of CD34-MVD was(53.6±8.9)in gallbladder cancer and(19.6±4.15)in chronic cholecystitis,and there was statistical difference between the two(P<0.05).The expression of MMP-2 and CD34-MVD in gallbladder cancer was positively correlated(r=1.3794,P=0.0062).Conclusion:MMP-2 and CD34-MVD are highly expressed in gallbladder cancer tissues,and they are consistent in the judgment of gallbladder cancer.The two may promote the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of gallbladder cancer.
