摘要:
目的:探讨记忆策略训练(MST)对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者记忆功能的影响。方法:将62例老年T2DM患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组31例。对照组采用糖尿病常规治疗和健康教育。研究组在对照组基础上通过专业训练团队给予面孔-姓名联想、图片故事阅读、写日记等MST。采用简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评估认知功能,采用世界卫生组织-加州大学洛杉矶分校听觉词语学习测验(WHO-UCLA AVLT)量表评估记忆功能,采用日常生活能力量表(ADL)评估生活质量。比较两组患者认知功能、记忆功能及生活质量改善情况。结果:训练前,两组患者MMSE和WHO-UCLA AVLT量表各指标及ADL评分比较均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。训练后,研究组MMSE评分均显著升高,且研究组定向力、瞬时记忆力、注意力和计算力及总分均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。训练后,研究组瞬时记忆、短时延迟记忆、长时延迟记忆、长时延迟再认及总分均显著升高,且均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。训练后,两组ADL评分均明显改善,且研究组明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:MST可有效改善老年T2DM患者记忆功能和认知功能,提高生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of mnemonic strategy training(MST)on cognitive function,memory function and quality of life in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:Sixty-two elderly patients with T2DM were randomly divided into control group and research group,31 cases in each gropup.The control group was treated with routine diabetes treatment and health education.On the basis of the control group,the research group was given MST such as face-name association,picture story reading,diary writing through professional training team.MMSE was used to assess the cognitive function,and WHO-UCLA AVLT scale was used to assess memory function,and ADL was used to assess the quality of life.The improvement of cognitive function,memory function and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:Before training,there was no statistical difference in the scores of MMSE and WHO-UCLA AVLT scale and ADL between the two groups(all P>0.05).After training,MMSE scores of the research group were significantly increased,and the directivity,instantaneous memory,attention,computational power and total scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05); the research group's instantaneous memory,short-term delayed memory,long-term delayed memory,long-term delayed recognition and total scores were all increased significantly,and were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After training,ADL scores of both groups were significantly improved,and the research group was significantly higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:MST can effectively improve the memory function and cognitive function of elderly patients with T2DM,and improve the quality of life.
