摘要:
目的:探讨2型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者龈沟液中内脂素(Visfatin)表达水平及临床意义。方法:随机选取健康体检者(A组)、慢性牙周炎患者(B组)和2型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者组(C组),每组30例,记录各组牙周临床指标:探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)、出血指数(BI)及菌斑指数(PLI)。收集各组龈沟液并运用ELISA法检测各组龈沟液中内脂素水平,高效液相层析法检测各组受检者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平。结果:C组患者龈沟液中内脂素表达水平明显高于A、B组(均P<0.05); 全部受试者中,内脂素表达水平与各牙周临床指标及HbA1c均呈正相关性(均P<0.001)。结论:龈沟液中内脂素可能作为一种炎症标志物参与2型糖尿病合并牙周炎的发病过程。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the expression level and clinical significance of visfatin in the gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)of patients with type 2 diabetes and chronic periodontitis.Methods:30 healthy subjects(group A),30 chronic periodontitis patients(group B),30 chronironic periodontitis patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(group C)were included.Probing depth(PD),attachment loss(AL),bleeding index(BI)and plaque index(PLI)were examined.The gingival crevicular fluid of each group was collected,and the level of visfatin in GCF of each group was detected by ELISA,and the level of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in each group was detected by high performance liquid chromatography.Results:The expression level of visfatin in GCF of group C was significantly higher than that in groups A and B(all P<0.05).In all subjects,the expression level of visfatin was positively correlated with various periodontal clinical indicators and HbA1c(all P<0.001).Conclusion:Visfatin may be considered an inflammatory marker for chronic periodontitis patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
