摘要:
姜黄素属于天然多酚化合物,提取于中药姜黄,目前在脊髓损伤(SCI)修复中取得了较为理想的治疗效果。姜黄素的主要作用有抑制神经炎症反应、减少患者脂质过氧化、胶质瘢痕形成、神经细胞凋亡发生、局部神经氧自由基释放以及改善患者脊髓损伤局部环境等作用。姜黄素在治疗SCI过程中涉及多个信号通路,如NF-κB信号通路、JAK/STAT信号通路、ERS信号通路、Wnt/β-catenin信号通路、AMPK/UCP2信号通路等。现对姜黄素修复SCI涉及的相关信号通路进展进行综述。
