摘要:
目的:评价白细胞介素(IL)-17基因多态性与类风湿关节炎(RA)易感性的关系。方法:检索2020年8月之前中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、ClinicalTrials、Google Scholar、Cochrane Library等中英文数据库中已发表的关于IL-17基因多态性与RA易感性关系的文献,采用RevMan 5.3统计学软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入12篇文献进行Meta分析,包含RA患者2573例,健康对照者2651例。Meta分析结果显示,IL-17A基因rs2275913位点多态性在等位基因模型(A对G)、纯合子模型(AA对GG)、隐性模型(AA 对AG+GG)均与RA易感性显著相关。IL-17F基因rs7637803位点多态性在5种模型(等位基因模型、纯合子模型、杂合子模型、显性模型和隐性模型)均与RA易感性相关。IL-17F基因rs2397084位点多态性与RA易感性无明显相关。结论:IL-17A rs2275913及IL-17F rs763780基因多态性与RA易感性显著相关,IL-17F rs2397084基因多态性与RA易感性无明显相关。
Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the relationship between interleukin(IL)-17 gene polymorphism and rheumatoid arthritis(RA)susceptibility.Methods:The literature published by CNKI,Weipu Database,Wanfang Database,PubMed,ClinicalTrials,Google Scholar,Cochrane Library before August 2020 on the relationship between IL-17 gene polymorphism and RA susceptibility was searched.RevMan 5.3 statistical software was used for Meta analysis.Results:12 literature was included for Meta analysis,including 2573 patients with RA and 2651 healthy controls.Meta analysis results showed that the IL-17A gene rs2275913 polymorphism was associated with RA susceptibility in allele models(A vs.G),homozygous models(AA vs.GG),and recessive models(AA vs.AG+GG).The IL-17F gene rs7637803 polymorphism was associated with RA susceptibility in 5 models(allele model,homozygous model,heterozygous model,dominant model and recessive model).The IL-17F gene rs2397084 polymorphism had no obvious correlation with RA susceptibility.Conclusion:IL-17A rs2275913 and IL-17F rs763780 gene polymorphisms are significantly related to RA susceptibility,while IL-17F rs2397084 gene polymorphisms is not significantly related to RA susceptibility.
