摘要:
目的:评估绿激光联合二甲基亚砜(DMSO)膀胱灌注治疗出血性膀胱炎(HC)的临床疗效。方法:对26例因盆腔恶性肿瘤行放射治疗的患者进行膀胱内绿激光止血联合DMSO膀胱灌注治疗。在治疗前后及12个月随访期间评估并比较血尿、尿频和盆腔疼痛评分(0~10)。结果:所有患者均能够完成手术治疗,膀胱内DMSO灌注未见明显副反应。在为期6~12个月随访期间内,治疗后6个月疼痛学评分,尿频及血尿症状均有明显缓解,但是在部分患者第12个月随访期间有血尿复发症状。结论:绿激光联合DMSO膀胱灌注治疗HC在治疗放射性膀胱炎上疗效与高压氧类似。其耐受性好,能够在12个月的时间内持续减少膀胱出血、盆腔痛以及尿频症状的发生。
Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of green laser combined with dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)intravesical instillation in the treatment of hemorrhagic cystitis(HC).Methods:26 patients with pelvic malignant tumor were treated with intravesical green laser hemostasis combined with DMSO intravesical instillation.Hematuria,frequent urination and pelvic pain scores(0-10)were evaluated and compared before and after treatment during an 12-month follow-up.Results:All patients were able to complete the operation,and no obvious side effect was found by intravesical infusion of DMSO.During the 6-12-month follow-up,pain score,frequent urination and hematuria were significantly relieved 6 months after treatment,but some patients had recurrent hematuria during the 12th month follow-up.Conclusion:The efficacy of green laser combined with DMSO intravesical instillation in the treatment of HC is similar to hyperbaric oxygen.It is well tolerated and can continuously reduce the occurrence of bladder bleeding,pelvic pain and frequent urination within 12 months.
