摘要:
目的:探讨肺腺癌骨转移与临床病理特征的相关性,为肺腺癌骨转移早期发现提供依据。方法:对392例资料完整的肺腺癌患者进行回顾性研究,分析骨转移与年龄、性别、吸烟史、肿瘤部位、病理亚型、分化程度、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)基因状态、T分期、N分期、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和癌胚抗原(CEA)之间的相关性。结果:肺腺癌发生骨转移与病理亚型、分化程度、EGFR基因状态、T分期、N分期、血清ALP水平具有相关性(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、吸烟史、肿瘤部位和血清CEA水平无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:肺腺癌患者中病理类型为腺癌、肿瘤分化程度差、EGFR基因突变、T4、N3和血清ALP升高的患者易发生骨转移。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the relationship between bone metastasis and clinicopathologic characteristics in lung adenocarcinoma,and to provide evidence for early detection of bone metastasis.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 392 patients with complete data of lung adenocarcinoma to analyze the correlation between bone metastasis and age,gender,smoking history,tumor location,pathological subtype,degree of differentiation,EGFR gene status,T stage,N stage,serum ALP and CEA.Results:Bone metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma was correlated with pathological subtypes,degree of differentiation,EGFR gene status,T stage,N stage and serum ALP level(P<0.05),but not correlated with age,gender,smoking history,tumor location and serum CEA level(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with lung adenocarcinoma whose pathological type is adenocarcinoma,poorly differentiated tumors,EGFR gene mutations,T4,N3 and elevated serum ALP are prone to bone metastasis.
