摘要:
目的:研究胃癌循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)检出情况与胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:选取胃癌患者84例作为试验组,选取同期30例健康体检者为对照组,采集外周血后用膜滤过分离肿瘤细胞技术(ISET)检测鉴定CTC[包括循环肿瘤微栓(CTM)],并分析其与胃癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果:对照组外周血标本均未检测到CTC或CTM,试验组外周血标本CTC/CTM总阳性率为 60.71%。不同病理分期胃癌患者CTC/CTM阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同病理类型胃癌患者外周血 CTC/CTM 阳性率比较,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。胃癌患者外周血 CTC和CTM 检出情况在胃癌瘤块大小、有无淋巴结转移、有无血管侵犯和有无远处转移灶方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:循环肿瘤细胞检出率与胃癌临床病理特征密切相关,对胃癌的早期诊断和预后判断有潜在的应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the relationship between the detection of circulating tumor cells(CTC)in gastric cancer and the clinicopathological features of gastric cancer.Methods:84 patients with gastric cancer were selected as the experimental group,and 30 healthy people were selected as the control group.The peripheral blood samples were collected and the isolation by size of epithelial tumor cells(ISET)was used to detect and identify CTC(including CTM).Results:No CTC or CTM was detected in the control group.The total positive rate of CTC and CTM in the experimental group was 60.71%.There was significant difference in the positive rate of CTC and CTM in different pathological stages of gastric cancer(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of CTC and CTM in peripheral blood of patients with different pathological types of gastric cancer(P>0.05).The positive rate of CTC and CTM in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer was closely related to tumor size,lymph node metastasis,vascular invasion and distant metastasis(all P<0.01).Conclusion:The detection rate of circulating tumor cells is closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer,which has potential application value in early diagnosis and prognosis judgment of gastric cancer.
