摘要:
目的:观察CT引导下125I粒子组织间植入联合吉西他滨、卡培他滨(GEMCAP)治疗局部进展期胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法:选取局部进展期胰腺癌患者43例并分为观察组(22例)和对照组(21例)。观察组在CT引导下行放射性125I粒子组织间植入治疗后采用GEMCAP方案化疗,对照组仅行GEMCAP方案化疗,对比两组有效率、临床受益率、不良反应和生存率。结果:观察组客观缓解率和疾病控制率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床受益率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组中位无进展生存期(PFS)及中位总生存期(OS)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:125I粒子组织间植入联合GEMCAP化疗治疗局部进展期胰腺癌,可有效控制肿瘤进展,在提高晚期患者生存质量的基础上能有效延长胰腺癌患者生存期。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of CT-guided125I particle interstitial implantation combined with gemcitabine and capecitabine(GEMCAP)in the treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods:43 patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer were selected and divided into observation group(22 cases)and control group(21 cases).125I particle interstitial implantation combined with GEMCAP chemotherapy was performed in observation group,and the control group only received GEMCAP chemotherapy.The effective rate,clinical benefit rate,adverse reactions and survival rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The objective remission rate and disease control rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical benefit rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).PFS and OS of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer, 125I particle interstitial implantation combined with GEMCAP chemotherapy can effectively control the tumor progression and prolong the survival time of patients on the basis of improving the quality of life of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.
