摘要:
目的:探讨支气管哮喘(BA)患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)的变化及其意义。方法:收集170例BA患者作为病例组,根据发作情况分为急性发作期组与临床缓解期组,每组85例。同时选择150例健康体检者作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测各组TNF-α、IL-8和ECP水平。测定第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)占预计肺活量百分比(FEV1%pred)和FEV1占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)。分析TNF-α、IL-8和ECP间及其与肺功能指标FEV1%pred和FEV1/FVC的相关性。结果:急性发作期组和临床缓解期组TNF-α、IL-8、ECP水平均高于对照组,急性发作期组上述指标又高于临床缓解期组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组FEV1%pred、FEV1/FVC比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BA患者血清TNF-α、IL-8、ECP水平间均呈正相关关系,而与FEV1%pred和FEV1/FVC呈负相关关系。结论:血清TNF-α、IL-8和ECP升高与BA的发生及发展密切相关,进一步了解其网络作用机制将对免疫治疗及开发新的治疗靶点和方法提供新思路。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the changes and significance of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)and eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)in patients with bronchial asthma(BA).Methods: A total of 170 BA patients were collected as a case group,and divided into acute attack group and clinical remission group according to their onset status,with 85 cases in each group.At the same time,150 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and ECP in each group.The FEV1%pred and FEV1/FVC were determined.Analyze The correlation between TNF-α,IL-8 and ECP,and the correlation between them and FEV1%pred and FEV1/FVC was analyzed.Results: The levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and ECP in the acute attack group and the clinical remission group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The above indicators in the acute attack group were higher than those in the clinical remission group(P<0.05).The differences of FEV1%pred and FEV1/FVC in each group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum TNF-α,IL-8 and ECP levels of BA patients were all positively correlated,but negatively correlated with FEV1%pred and FEV1/FVC.Conclusion: The elevation of serum TNF-α,IL-8 and ECP is closely related to the occurrence and development of BA.Further understanding of its network mechanism will provide new ideas for immunotherapy and the development of new therapeutic targets and methods.
