摘要:
目的:探究三七总皂苷胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及治疗机制,为糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗提供更多有价值的理论依据。方法:选取糖尿病周围神经病变患者100例,按照不同的用药方案分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组给予甲钴胺口服,治疗组给予三七总皂苷胶囊口服,治疗时间为1个月。比较两组患者治疗前后的胆红素、铁离子及神经评分VPT检查。结果:治疗组治疗后总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)分别为(14.34±5.38)μmol/L、(4.71±1.25)μmol/L、(10.05±4.50)μmol/L,均高于对照组(11.37±4.27)μmol/L、(3.35±1.27)μmol/L、(7.50±3.10)μmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05); 两组治疗后血清铁(Iron)水平对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),且治疗组患者铁蛋白(Ferri)、铁调素(Hepc)水平分别为(224.24±207.44)ng/ml、(17.87±5.27)ng/ml显著低于对照组(422.19±296.31)ng/ml、(23.06±5.97)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05); 治疗组VPT评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三七总皂苷胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果良好,能有效改善患者体内胆红素、铁离子水平、VPT水平。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and mechanism of panax notoginsen saponins capsule in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,so as to provide more valuable theoretical and clinical reference for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to different drug regimens,50 cases in each group.The control group was given Mecobalamin orally,and the treatment group was given compound Xueshuantong orally for one month.The bilirubin,iron ion and nerve score VPT were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL)and indirect bilirubin(IBIL)in the treatment group were(14.34±5.38)μmol/L,(4.71±1.25)μmol/L,(10.05±4.50)μmol/L,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group[(11.37±4.27)μmol/L,(3.35±1.27)μmol/L,(7.50±3.10)μmol/L],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum iron level(P>0.05),and the levels of Ferri and HEPC in the treatment group were(224.24±207.44)ng/ml and(17.87±5.27)ng/ml,which were significantly lower than those in the control group [(422.19±296.31)ng/ml and(23.06±5.97)ng/ml](P<0.05).The VPT score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of panax notoginsen saponins capsule in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is good.It can effectively improve the levels of bilirubin,iron ion and VPT in patients.
