摘要:
目的:分析综合治疗对电击伤截肢患者预后的影响。方法:选取接受截肢手术的电击伤患者100例,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组(60例)与对照组(40例)。观察组给予手术治疗、负压辅助愈合治疗系统以及康复、心理治疗,对照组给予普通治疗。结果:观察组患者术后第1天、第2天和第3天疼痛评分分别为(3.77±2.73)分、(3.45±2.22)分和(1.93±1.70)分,明显低于对照组的(5.15±2.88)分、(4.13±2.41)分和(3.48±2.24)分(P<0.05)。观察组患者的抑郁、焦虑评分分别为(39.12±2.58)分和(46.41±3.04)分,明显低于对照组的(68.82±4.16)分和(68.15±4.32)分(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术后日常生活能力评分为(73.11±8.27)分,明显高于对照组的(53.25±5.01)分(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合治疗可改善电击伤截肢患者疼痛程度,提高患者治疗满意度,促进患者康复,提高患者生活能力。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive treatment on the prognosis of amputation patients with electrical injury.Methods:100 patients with electrical injury underwent amputation were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(40 cases).The observation group was treated with operation,vacuum assisted closure,rehabilitation and psychotherapy,while the control group was treated with common therapy.Results:The pain scores of the observation group were 3.77±2.73,3.45±2.22 and 1.93±1.70 on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after operation,which were lower than those of the control group(5.15±2.88,4.13±2.41 and 3.48±2.24)(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were 39.12±2.58 and 46.41±3.04 respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(68.82±4.16 and 68.15±4.32)(P<0.05).The postoperative ADL score of the observation group was 73.11±8.27,higher than that of the control group(53.25±5.01)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment can improve the degree of pain,the satisfaction of the patients,the rehabilitation and the living ability of the patients.
