摘要:
目的:考察尿激酶(UK)、低分子肝素(LMWH)对脓毒症弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)大鼠模型的影响,比较两者在治疗脓毒症致DIC中的差异,为规范应用两药治疗脓毒症DIC提供实验支撑和理论依据。方法:建立脓毒症DIC大鼠模型,检测凝血指标和纤溶指标,分析其对大鼠凝血功能、微循环、纤溶活性的作用。结果:输注脂多糖(LPS)后引起模型组大鼠凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)延长,纤维蛋白原(FBG)、血小板(PLT)下降,D-二聚体(DD)升高,经UK、LMWH干预后PT、APTT缩短,FBG、PLT升高,DD下降,与LPS组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尿激酶和低分子肝素均可防治脓毒症DIC,后者较前者更安全。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of urokinase(UK)and low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)on sepsis DIC rats model,to compare the therapeutic effect between them in the treatment of DIC caused by sepsis,to provide experimental support and theoretical basis for the standardized application of the drug in the treatment of sepsis DIC.Methods:The sepsis DIC rats model was established,the coagulation index and fibrinolytic index were detected,and the effects on coagulation function,microcirculation and fibrinolysis activity were analyzed.Results:After LPS infusion,PT and APTT were prolonged,FBG and PLT were decreased,DD was increased in model group.After UK/LMWH intervention,PT and APTT were shortened,FBG and PLT were increased,DD was decreased.Compared with LPS group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both UK and LMWH can prevent and treat sepsis DIC.LMWH is safer than UK.
