摘要:
经内镜诞生至今已逾百年,由于具有创伤轻微、深部照明、操作可视化等优点,已广泛应用于神经外科颅内病变的治疗。随着技术的创新和设备的改良,其治疗范围不断扩展,治疗效果日益理想。本文就神经内镜的历史发展、内镜手术的现状及展望作一综述。
