摘要:
颗粒蛋白前体(PGRN),是一种88 KD的分泌糖蛋白,属于一类新型的生长因子。PGRN的高表达不仅发生在胚胎发育、组织发育等生理情况下,也可发生在炎症和肿瘤等病理情况下,尤其在肿瘤发生和发展过程中PGRN起着广泛的作用,如细胞恶性转化、增殖和血管生成、转移和侵袭以及耐药性。PGRN与人类肿瘤的关系和分子机制的研究已成为近年研究的焦点和前沿领域,本文对PGRN在肿瘤中作用的研究进展进行综述。
Abstract:
Proganulin(PGRN)is a secreted glycoprotein of 88 KD,which belongs to a new type of growth factor.The high expression of PGRN occurs not only in physiological conditions such as embryonic development and tissue development,but also in pathological conditions such as inflammation and tumorigenesis.Especially during tumorigenesis and development,PGRN plays a wide range of roles,such as malignant transformation of cells,proliferation and angiogenesis,metastasis and invasion,and drug resistance.The relationship and molecular mechanism of PGRN and human tumors have become the focus and frontier of research in recent years.This article reviews the research progress on the role of PGRN in tumors.
