摘要:
目的:探讨早期减肥对肥胖儿童肺功能的影响。方法:选择9岁肥胖儿童30例和11岁肥胖儿童30例分别为试验A组(早期减肥组)和试验B组,同时选择正常健康9岁、11岁儿童各30例分别为对照A组和对照B组,并对试验A和B组分别进行为期1年的干预,包括调整饮食、进行体育锻炼和行为干预,在两试验组肥胖儿童12岁时分别测其减肥后用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、最大呼气流速(PEF),并与同龄对照组儿童进行比较,同时对两试验组肺功能进行比较。结果:减肥前,试验组肥胖儿童用力肺活量、第一秒用力呼气量、最大呼气流速均低于正常健康同龄儿童; 减肥后,试验A组用力肺活量、第一秒用力呼气量、最大呼气流速较同龄对照组明显升高(P<0.05),试验B组用力肺活量、第一秒用力呼气量、最大呼气流明显提高(P<0.05),但低于同龄对照组(P<0.05),且试验A组即早期减肥组用力肺活量、第一秒钟用力呼气量、最大呼气流速皆高于试验B组(P<0.05)。结论:早期减肥可明显改善肥胖儿童肺功能。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of early weight loss on lung function in obese children.Methods:30 obese children of 9 years old and 30 obese children of 11 years old were selected as experimental group A(early weight loss group)and experimental group B respectively,and 30 healthy children of 9 and 11 years old were selected as control group A and control group B respectively.The experimental group A and B were intervened for one year,including diet adjustment,physical exercise and behavior intervention.At the age of 12,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)of obese children in the two experimental groups were measured respectively and compared with those in the same age control group.At the same time,the lung function of the two experimental groups was compared.Results:Before weight loss,FVC,FEV1 and PEF of obese children in the experimental groups were all lower than those of healthy children of the same age.After weight loss,FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the experimental group A were significantly higher than those in the same age control group(P<0.05); FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the experimental group B were significantly increased(P<0.05),but lower than those in the same age control group(P<0.05); FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the experimental group A were higher than those in the experimental group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early weight loss can significantly improve lung function of obese children.
