摘要:
目的:分析陕西省新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的流行趋势与流行特点。方法:依据陕西省卫生健康委员会官方网站公布的疫情数据,应用Microsoft Excel 2007进行流行病学描述性分析。结果:陕西省累计确诊病例呈先持续增长,后趋于平稳趋势。累计疑似病例先增长,后下降,再持续零增长。新增确诊病例及新增疑似病例先呈波动状改变,后持续零增长,近期偶见境外输入病例。治愈出院患者持续增长,3例死亡病例(1.2%)。总体以输入性病例为主,输入性病例逐渐减少,密切接触史病例逐渐增多,出现无明显暴露病史15例。陕西省12个市、区均有确诊病例,累计确诊病例主要集中在西安(49.6%)、安康(10.4%)、汉中(10.4%)、咸阳(7.2%)以及渭南(6.0%)等市,韩城市及杨凌示范区最少,各1例(0.4%)。患者年龄3~89岁,男性多于女性。结论:陕西省新型冠状病毒肺炎总体发展趋势缓慢,疫情防控效果显著,已持续多日零增长,但近期偶有境外输入病例出现,当前应继续执行防控措施,重点防控境外输入,加强对疑似病例及密切接触人员的监控。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyze epidemic trend and epidemic characteristics of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Shaanxi Province. Methods:According to the official website of Health Commission of Shaanxi Province,Microsoft Excel 2007 was used for epidemiological descriptive analysis. Results:The number of confirmed cases in Shaanxi Province increased continuously at first and then leveled off. The cumulative suspected cases increased first,then decreased,and then continued to zero growth. The newly confirmed cases and newly suspected cases first showed fluctuating changes,and then continued to have zero growth. Recently,there were occasionally imported cases from abroad. The number of cured and discharged patients continued to increase,with 3 deaths(1.2%). On the whole,the imported cases were the main ones,the imported cases gradually decreased,the cases with close contact history gradually increased,and 15 cases had no obvious exposure history. Cases have been confirmed in 12 cities and districts in Shaanxi Province.The total number of confirmed cases was mainly concentrated in Xi'an(49.6%),Ankang(10.4%),Hanzhong(10.4%),Xianyang(7.2%)and Weinan(6.0%). Hancheng and Yangling demonstration areas had the fewest,with 1 case each(0.4%). The age of patients was 3-89 years old,with more males than females.Conclusion:The COVID-19 in Shaanxi Province has a slow overall development trend,and the prevention and control effect of the epidemic is obvious. It has been growing zero for several days,but recently there were occasionally imported cases from abroad. At present,prevention and control measures should continue to be implemented,with the focus on preventing and controlling imported persons from abroad,and the monitoring of suspected cases and people in close contact should be strengthened.
