摘要:
目的:分析宝鸡市新型冠状病毒肺炎(NCP)患者流行病学及临床特征。方法:收集陕西宝鸡市中心医院收治的NCP患者13例,均于入院第1天采集流行病学资料及临床症状等信息,根据临床分型对症治疗。结果:NCP患者年龄在50岁左右,男性居多(男女比为1.17:1); 53.85%的患者曾有与确诊患者密切接触史,30.77%的患者有武汉市及周边地区旅居史; 普通型患者人数最多,占61.54%,其次为重型患者,占23.08%; 普通型与重型患者最早在病程第3天确诊; 重型中66.67%的患者并发其它疾病; 13例患者中出现咳嗽症状为92.31%,发热症状为84.62%,乏力症状为30.77%; 均治愈出院。结论:宝鸡市NCP患者以中年男性居多,流行病学特征明显,以普通型为主,建议尽早选用抗病毒药物联合中药治疗,对提高治愈率,缩短病程均有明显帮助。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of Novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP)patients in Baoji City. Methods: Thirteen patients of NCP admitted to Baoji central hospital were collected. Epidemiological data and clinical symptoms were collected and analyzed on the first day of admission. Symptomatic treatment was carried out according to clinical classification. Results: The age of patients of NCP was about 50 years old,and most of them were male(male/female ratio was 1.17:1). 53.85% of the patients had a history of close contact with confirmed patients,and 30.77% had a history of living in Wuhan and its surrounding areas. The number of patients with common type was the largest,accounting for 61.54%,followed by patients with severe type,accounting for 23.08%. Common type and severe type patients were diagnosed as early as the 3rd day of the disease course. 66.67% of severe type patients were complicated with other diseases. Cough,fever and fatigue were 92.31%,84.62% and 30.77% respectively. All patients were cured and discharged after antiviral treatment. Conclusion: The majority of NCP patients in Baoji City are middle-aged men,with obvious epidemiological characteristics,mainly common type. It is suggested that antiviral drugs combined with traditional Chinese medicine should be selected as soon as possible to improve the cure rate and shorten the course of disease.
