摘要:
目的:探讨顺妥敏对急性非化脓性中耳炎患者的治疗作用,以及对血清miR-203a和miR-155的影响。方法:选择102例急性非化脓性中耳炎患者,依随机原则分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。两组均口服抗菌药物和桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗。对照组加用生理性海水喷鼻,观察组加用色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂(顺妥敏)喷鼻。同时应用实时荧光定量PCR法检测两组治疗前后血清中miR-203a和miR-155的含量。结果:治疗后两组疗效评分均下降,但是观察组的下降值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后miR-203a和miR-155的表达均下降,但是观察组的下降值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:顺妥敏对急性非化脓性中耳炎患者的疗效明显,且能有效下调血清中miR-203a和miR-155的含量,减少炎性介质的生成,对优化内环境有一定作用。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate to the efficacy of Shuntuomin in the treatment of acute non-suppurative otitis media and its effect on serum miR-203a and miR-155.Methods:102 patients with acute non-suppurative otitis media were randomly divided into observation group and control group,51 cases in each group.Both groups were given oral antibiotics and Eucalyptus intestinal-coated soft capsules.The control group was added with physiological sea water nasal spray,while the observation group was added with chromoglycerin and methamphetamine nasal spray(Shuntoumin).At the same time,miR-203a and miR-155 were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR in serum of two groups before and after treatment.Results:Effect scores decreased after treatment in two groups,but the decreased value was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).Expression of miR-203a and miR-155 decreased in two groups after treatment,but the decreased value was significant higher in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuntoumin has obvious curative effect on acute non-suppurative otitis media patients,and can reduce expressions of serum miR-203a and miR-155,reduce inflammatory mediators,and play a certain role in optimizing the internal environment,which can be actively applied in clinical practice.
