摘要:
目的:探讨可穿戴反射式手环血氧仪在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取108例以打鼾为主诉的门诊患者,用手环血氧仪记录血氧下降指数(ODI4)和最低血氧饱和度(LSaO2),同时用整夜标准多导睡眠监测(PSG)记录呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)和 LSaO2,并对两种监测方法的结果进行比较。 结果:108例患者中包含男性89例,女性19例,平均年龄(43.0±10.58)岁,平均体重指数(26.6±3.91)kg/m2。PSG测得的AHI和手环血氧仪测得的ODI4指数平均值分别为(43.62±26.48)次/h、(46.62±22.77)次/h。两种方法测得的LSaO2平均值分别为(64.5±21.5)%和(65.8±13.6)%。对PSG和手环血氧仪检测的结果进行相关性分析,发现两者呈显著相关(均P<0.01)。手环血氧仪对中重度OSAHS患者敏感度分别是98.8%,特异度为96.2%。结论:可穿戴手环血氧仪在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的诊断中具有较高的敏感度和特异性。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the value of wearable reflex oximeter in the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.Methods:108 outpatients with snoring as the main complaint were detected with wearable reflex oximeter and standard overnight polysomnography.Apnea hypopnea index(AHI)and lowest oxygen saturation(LSaO2)of these patients were detected with polysomnography.Oxygen desaturation index(ODI4)and LSaO2 were detected with wearable reflex oximeter.Then the results of two methods were compared.Results:These patients included 89 males and 19 females.Their average age was(43.0±10.58)years,and the average mass index was(26.6 ± 3.91)kg/m2.The average value of AHI was(43.62±26.48)/h,and ODI4 was(46.62±22.77)/h.The average value of LSaO2 detected with polysomnography or wearable reflex oximeter was(64.5±21.5)% and(65.8±13.6)%,respectively.Correlation analysis showed a significant correlation between results of two methods(P<0.01).The sensitivity and specificity of wearable reflex oximeter in the diagnosis of moderate or severe OSAHS were 98.8% and 96.2%,respectively.Conclusion:Wearable reflex oximeter has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.
