摘要:
目的:研究I-GEL加强型喉罩在肾衰患者行眼科全麻手术中应用的可行性。方法:选择全麻下行眼科玻璃体切割手术的肾衰患者48例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为气管插管组(A组)和I-GEL加强型喉罩组(B组),每组各24例。比较加强型喉罩和气管插管置入时间和成功率、两组患者术中麻醉药物用量、术后苏醒和拔管时间及术后不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者置入成功率无统计学差异,但加强型喉罩组(B组)置入时间明显短于气管插管组(A组)。与气管插管组(A组)相比,I-GEL喉罩组(B组)术中全麻药用量少,术后苏醒时间及拔管时间短,术后不良反应发生率低。结论:I-GEL加强型喉罩更加适合肾衰患者行眼科全麻手术。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the feasibility of I-GEL reinforced laryngeal mask in general anesthesia for patients with renal failure,who needed vitreous surgery.Methods:48 patients with renal failure who underwent vitrectomy were randomly divided into two groups:tracheal intubation group(group A)and I-GEL reinforced laryngeal mask group(group B)with 24 cases in each group.The time of insertion and success rate of the laryngeal mask and tracheal intubation,the amount of anesthetic used during operation,the time of wake-up and extubation after operation,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the success rate between the two groups,but the time of insertion in group B was significantly shorter than that in group A.Compared with group A,the amount of general anesthetics used in group B was less,the postoperative wake-up time and extubation time were shorter,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower.Conclusion:I-GEL reinforced laryngeal mask is suitable for patients with renal failure in general anesthesia who need vitreous surgery.
