摘要:
摘 要 糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病慢性并发症之一,在慢性并发症中占有主要地位,可导致晚期肾衰竭,但病因尚未完全阐明。流行病学研究表明,DN的发生发展除与血糖控制水平、病程长短、血压等有关外,还具有遗传易感性。近年来,有相关研究显示多种基因的基因多态性与DN的发生发展存在密切关系。研究显示某些基因的基因型是发生DN的危险因素,而某些基因的基因型与DN的预后相关。目前,基因多态性与DN相关性的研究结论尚不统一或存在争议,研究在进一步深入。
Abstract:
Abstract Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is one of the main chronic complications of diabetes mellitus and currently considered to be the main cause of advanced renal failure,but the etiology has not been fully elucidated. Epidemiological studies have shown that the development of DN is not only related to blood glucose control level,length of course,blood pressure,etc,but also has genetic susceptibility. In recent years,relevant studies have shown that the genetic polymorphisms of multiple genes are closely related to the development of DN. Studies have shown that the genotypes of certain genes are risk factors for DN,and the genotypes of certain genes are associated with the prognosis of DN. At present,the research conclusion of the correlation between gene polymorphism and DN is not uniform or still controversial,and the research is further deepened.
