摘要:
摘 要 目的：探究儿童癫痫患者血清胱抑素C（Cys C）的表达水平及意义。方法：收集确诊为癫痫患儿血清样品1720例，采用免疫胶乳比浊法对血清中Cys C水平进行检测分析，采用尿素酶谷氨酸脱氢酶法和尿酸酶法测定血清中的尿素氮（UN）和尿酸（UA）的浓度，并分析其与Cys C浓度水平的相关性。结果：113岁之间癫痫组患儿的Cys C的血清浓度（0.89±0.01 mg/L）显著高于正常对照组（0.82±0.01 mg/L）（P<0.05）。0～1岁患儿之间癫痫组患儿的血清Cys C浓度（1.20±0.04 mg/L）与正常对照组儿童的Cys C（1.24±0.05 mg/L）相比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。癫痫组患儿中血清升高的UN和UA表达水平与Cys C的表达水平两者之间均无相关性，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：Cys C在儿童癫痫的发生发展过程中发挥一定神经保护作用，推测其可能是一个新的评估儿童癫痫病情及预后的生物标志物。 
