摘 要 目的：探讨雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利在反流性食管炎治疗中的应用效果。 方法：将入选的56例反流性食管炎患者进行分组，分为对照组与观察组，每组分别28例。对照组患者采用雷贝拉唑联合吗丁啉的治疗方法，观察组患者采用雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利的治疗方法。比较两组患者治疗后幽门螺杆菌感染（HP）清除率、血清炎症因子水平、血清胃泌素及胃动素水平及最终治疗效果。 结果：治疗后观察组患者HP清除率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后较治疗前血清白细胞介素17（IL17）和白细胞介素23（IL23）水平均显著下降（P＜0.05），且观察组患者血清这两种指标降低幅度较对照组更多，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组患者血清胃泌素及胃动素水平均显著提高（P＜0.05），观察组患者这两项指标较对照组提高幅度大，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。 结论：雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利在治疗反流性食管炎中效果显著，具有临床应用价值。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖WT5BZ〗〖HT5”SS〗Objective:To investigate the effects of rabeprazole combined with moxapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:56 reflux esophagitis patients admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to June 2018 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were divided into control group and observation group by random number method,with 28 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with rabeprazole combined with motilium,while patients in the observation group were treated with rabeprazole combined with mosapride.The helicobacter pylori (Hp) clearance rate,serum inflammatory factor levels,serum gastrin and motilin levels and the final therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results:After treatment,the Hp clearance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Serum IL17 and IL23 levels in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment compared with before treatment (P＜0.05),and the serum levels of the two indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Serum gastrin and motilin levels were significantly increased in the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05),and the two indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Rabeprazole combined with mosapride has significant effect in the treatment of reflux esophagitis,and has clinical popularization value.
