摘 要 目的:分析阴道沙眼衣原体(CT)和解脲支原体(UU)感染对输卵管性不孕症的影响。方法:选取95例输卵管性不孕症患者为研究组,同期选取74例非输卵管性不孕症为对照组。比较两组临床基本资料、阴道微生态检测结果及阴道分泌物微生物检出结果等情况的差异。结果:两组年龄、月经量、月经周期和Nugent评分比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组阴道菌群多样性、菌群密集度、pH值、优势菌及炎症发生率的比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组大肠埃希菌、淋球菌、假丝酵母菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、肠杆菌、乳杆菌、线索细胞、阴道毛滴虫等阴道分泌物微生物检出率的比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组CT和UU检出率分别为14.74%、62.11%,较对照组的2.70%、31.08%显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:CT、UU感染与输卵管性不孕症的发生可能存在密切关系,可能是导致不孕的主要原因之一。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖WT5BZ〗〖HT5”SS〗Objective:To analyze the effect of chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infection on tubal infertility in women.Methods:95 cases of female tubal infertility were selected as the study group,and 74 cases of nontubal infertility were selected as the control group during the same period.The differences between the two groups in clinical data,vaginal microecology test results and vaginal secretion microorganism test results were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,menstrual volume,menstrual cycle and Nugent score (P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the diversity,concentration,pH value,dominant bacteria and incidence of inflammation (P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the detection rates of e.coli,gonococcus,candida,staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus epidermidis,enterobacter,lactobacillus,clue cells,trichomonas vaginalis and other vaginal secretions between the two groups (P>0.05).The detection rates of CT and UU in the study group were 14.74% and 62.11%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 2.70% and 31.08% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:CT and UU infection may be closely related to tubal infertility,which may be one of the main causes of female infertility.
