摘要:
摘 要 〖HT5K〗目的:探讨联合检测血清尿酸(UA)、β2微球蛋白(β2MG)与尿液轻链在多发性骨髓瘤早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:收集多发性骨髓瘤患者50例(观察组),另外选择同期进行健康体检的健康人50例(对照组),检测并比较两组入选者血清尿酸、β2MG与尿液κ、λ轻链含量差异。结果:观察组患者血清尿酸、β2MG与尿液κ、λ轻链含量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者血清尿酸、β2MG与尿液κ、λ轻链阳性检出率三指标的单项与联合检测阳性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者采用联合检测的灵敏度84.7%,高于单项检测灵敏度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过联合检测血清尿酸、β2MG与尿液κ、λ轻链含量,可用于对多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床早期诊断中,为病情判断与治疗工作的展开提供可靠依据,值得在临床中普及应用。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖WT5BZ〗〖HT5”SS〗Objective:To explore the value of combined detection of serum uric acid (UA),β2 microglobulin (β2MG) and urine light chain in the early diagnosis of multiple myeloma. Methods:Fifty patients with multiple myeloma were enrolled in the study group. 50 healthy people who underwent a physical examination in our hospital for the same period were selected as the control group. Serum UA,β2MG and urine κ,λ light chain contents were compared between the two groups,and the differences between the three groups were compared. Results:Serum levels of UA,β2MG and κ and λ light chains in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The positive rate of single and combined detection of serum UA,β2MG and urine κ,λ light chain positive detection rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The sensitivity of the combined test in the observation group was 84.7%,which was higher than the sensitivity of the single test,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The combined detection of serum UA,β2MG and urine κ,λ light chain content can be used in the early diagnosis of multiple myeloma patients,providing a reliable basis for the development of disease judgment and treatment,worthy of clinical popular applications.
